Summer Student Positions 2026!

The Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation is now hiring for a variety of 2026 Summer Student Positions across multiple departments. These opportunities provide students with valuable hands-on experience, professional skill development, and the chance to contribute to meaningful community programs. Students who are returning to school in Fall 2026 are encouraged to apply and be part of a supportive, community-focused team dedicated to culture, learning, and growth.

Department of Consultation and Accomodation (DOCA)

Manager of Consultation

The Manager of Consultations leads and oversees consultation activities with governments, industry proponents, and external partners. This role is responsible for ensuring MCFN’s rights, interests, and community perspectives are clearly and effectively represented in decisions related to lands, resources, and development throughout the Treaty Territory. The Manager provides strategic leadership, guidance, and coordination of consultation processes and the consultation team, supporting informed decision-making and strong relationships.

Lead Field Liaison Representative

The Lead Field Liaison Representative provides on-site leadership to Field Liaison Representatives (FLRs) during archaeological and burial site monitoring. This role ensures that fieldwork is conducted safely, accurately, and in a culturally respectful manner, while supporting communication between MCFN, consultants, and project proponents. The LFLR also mentors FLRs, supports issue resolution in the field, and helps uphold DOCA standards and MCFN values in all aspects of field operations.

Governance Manager

We are seeking a strategic, knowledgeable, and culturally grounded Governance Manager who will play a key role in leading governance practices, strengthening policy development, and supporting transparent, accountable decision-making across the organization. Elementary School Teacher

Lloyd S.
