Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and culturally grounded Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who will serve as the senior administrative leader of MCFN. Reporting directly to Chief and Council, the CAO plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of governance direction, overseeing all administrative operations, and advancing organizational performance and Nation-building priorities.

Department of Consultation and Accomodation

Field Liaison Representative

MCFN is seeking motivated and dependable Field Liaison Representatives (FLRs) to join our Department of Consultation and Accommodation for the upcoming field season. This role provides a unique opportunity to represent the Nation in archaeological assessments and burial site investigations while gaining valuable field experience throughout MCFN Treaty Territory. Whether you are beginning your career or looking for meaningful seasonal work, this position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the protection of Indigenous history, culture, and heritage.

Food Service Cook | EarlyON

MCFN is seeking a dedicated and caring Food Service Cook to join our Lifelong Learning team. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our Early Years and Llyod S. King Elementary School (LSK) programs by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals and snacks for children and program participants.
