Update Regarding Grand River Conservation Annual Passes

The GRCA membership card allows entry to 11 conservation areas and the Luther Marsh Wildlife Management Area during their operating seasons, for up to 6 people in one vehicle (or walking/biking in as a group). Although this membership provides access to the conservation areas, it does not include additional costs for other amenities, such as rentals, pool admission, or camping. The membership card is valid for a minimum of one full year from date of activation, and your card will expire on the first day of the month that follows one full year of activation. Example: If your card was activated on January 5, 2026, it will expire on February 1, 2027, at the end of the day.

To receive the complementary pass, you will need to provide the following information:

  • First and Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Your Indigenous Nation or Community affiliation
  • Where did you hear about their annual membership pass for Indigenous Peoples?

Once your application has been processed, they will send out the annual pass via Purolator so you should receive it within a day or two.  Please note, physical membership cards are required for entry into all GRCA parks and receipts (either printed or electronic) will not be accepted so you will need to wait until your card arrives to access the conservation areas.

To request a pass, fill out this form, or reach out to GRCA Head Office by email or phone at:
