LOCATION: 78 First Line, Hagersville, ON N0A 1H0 (Commercial Plaza)
The Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (MCFN) is inviting proposals from interested
parties to lease a commercial unit located in the community plaza at 78 First Line,
Hagersville, ON N0A 1H0. We are seeking a business that will benefit the local community
and contribute to economic growth within the area.
UNIT FEATURES:
• Includes a private bathroom within the unit
• Spacious layout offering 1,800 square feet
• Monthly rent: $2,250.00
• Utilities (gas, water, hydro) are the responsibility of the tenant
PRIORITY CONSIDERATION:
Proposals submitted by band members of Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (MCFN)
will be given priority. Our goal is to support and uplift entrepreneurs within our community
by providing this commercial opportunity.
PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS:
Interested applicants are asked to submit a business proposal outlining:
• Business concept and goals
• Target customers
• Benefits to the MCFN community
• Proposed use of the space
• Any experience in operating a business
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
All proposals must be submitted by Friday, October 3rd, 2025
