Product Recall Notices from Government of Canada

Community members are advised of the following recent recalls issued by the Government of Canada:

• Kendamil Infant Formula (Whole Milk) – Recalled due to possible contamination (cereulide toxin)
Distribution: National and Online
• PureVolt Photoelectric Smoke Detector – Recalled due to potential failure to operate (unauthorized product)
• Cannabis Cartel QUADS “Dubai Inspired Chocolate” (edible cannabis) – Recalled due to contamination with aflatoxins.
Distribution: Ontario

If you have purchased any of these products, please stop using them immediately and follow the recall instructions.
