Community members came together once again to learn, create, and reconnect with Anishinaabe teachings through a series of hands‑on workshops led by our Anishinaabe Language Revitalization & Cultural Planning Project Coordinator, Kelly Henry. From planting Three Sisters starters to learning men’s traditional dance steps, and crafting medallions and beaded purses, each session was filled with laughter, learning, and cultural pride.
These gatherings continue to strengthen our relationships—with each other, with the land, and with the knowledge passed down through generations. Miigwech to everyone who joined in and helped make these workshops so meaningful. 💛
