Construction Notice: Roof Replacement, MCFN Plaza at 78 First Line

MCFN Sustainable Economic Development Department would like to advise the Community members and tenants that roof replacement work at the Plaza will begin on Monday, October 5, 2026.
The work is anticipated to take approximately one week, weather permitting.
During the construction period:
- Contractors will secure and tape off any areas necessary to maintain a safe work area.
- There may be temporary disruptions around portions of the Plaza while the work is underway.
- Community members and tenants are asked to use caution and follow any posted signage or directions around the construction area.
- Please do not park near the building
