The Ministry of Transportation is planning to carry out a structural inspection of the Argyle Street Bridge in October 2024. To complete this work, a full closure of the bridge will be required from October 16^th to 18^th from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The bridge will remain open for pedestrian traffic.

Each year, as part of regular maintenance procedures, a thorough inspection is conducted to evaluate the structural condition of the bridge. The objective of this inspection is to ensure that the bridge remains in sound working condition and is safe for public use. No drilling is involved, and there is no expected risk of environmental impact.
