The Grand River Council on Aging and Wilfrid Laurier University’s Self-Regulation, Emotion, and Aging Lab are inviting residents of the City of Brantford, County of Brant, and Six Nations of the Grand River to share their experiences and help shape conversations about age-friendly communities.

Across nine sessions, participants will explore different pillars of age-friendly communities. Attend as many sessions as you wish! ☕ Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided.
