In recognition of World Diabetes Day this November, MCFN Health Services is offering a limited number of $60 Little Brown Cow Farmers Market gift cards!
One gift card per diabetic family. Must be a registered MCFN member or community resident. First to register, first to claim!
📲 To register, text Laura-Lee Kelly, CHR, at 289-556-9331 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
📅 Pickup: Monday, November 16th, 2027, from 3:30–6:30 p.m.
