Do you know David John “Jack” LaForme?

Jack was born in 1913 and was married to Mildred Laforme. They had two kids, David Jr. and Sally. He passed away on June 25, 1976 at age 63. His mother was Mary Jane Myke LaForme who passed in 1948 and one of his brothers was George Clifford LaForme who passed in 1999.

He doesn’t appear to have a grave marker and the Last Post Fund wants to change that.
