Kitchener Central Transit Hub Public Art Request for Expressions of Interest is now open

The Region of Waterloo has announced that the Kitchener Central Transit Hub Public Art Request for Expressions of Interest is now open!

This permanent public artwork will become a significant landmark for the city. The Kitchener Central Transit Hub (KCTH) will be a vibrant multi-modal transit center situated in the heart of downtown Kitchener, acting as a vital link for both local and provincial transit networks.

Applicants are asked to review the KCTH Public Art Guidelines before completing the online application form.

Please note the application deadline is Friday, May 15, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET.
