Important Notice: Lost or Stolen CIS/SCIS Cards

If your CIS or SCIS card has been lost or stolen, please report it to the Lands & Membership Office at 6 First Line, Hagersville, or call 📞 (905) 768-0100.

➡️ A 3-week waiting period applies from the date it’s reported if the card was still valid.
➡️ No waiting period applies if the card was already expired.
➡️ If you file and provide a valid police report, the 3-week waiting period may be waived.

Status Cards are only processed at the Lands & Membership Office on Thursdays & Fridays, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
