This free workshop will immediately follow the October Community Gathering event and is open to all members.
What is the biggest health issue facing members of the MNCFN?  Would you like to have a say in how health services are provided by the MNCFN Social and Health Services Department now and into the future? The MNCFN Social and Health Services Department will be hosting a workshop to discuss the health of MNCFN members and the future of health services provided on-reserve. This workshop is part of a needs assessment project that will identify priorities for the Community Health Plan. The Community Health Plan will guide how services are delivered and establish processes to ensure services are responsive, reflect community needs and are accountable. This is your chance to have input and contribute to improving health services and the health of MNCFN members.
