MCFN Social and Health Services Mission Statement
Maamwi-gnawending is an Ojibwe word which means “caring together.” The name of the social and health services building was chosen because it represents the people and services available. Those at Maamwi-gnawending are caring and work together to achieve a common goal of health and wellness within the community. The staff offer non-judgmental counselling and a broad range of social and health services.
