MCFN Health & Wellbeing program is a diabetes prevention strategy with a focus on personal fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle change to improve health & wellbeing in a good way. The Virtual program is 12 weeks open to15 committed adult individuals. Clint MacDonald will facilitate the personal training through a virtual program.
