Learn basic meal preparation, cooking and practical skills in the kitchen with a culinary chef.  Learn how to:  cook nutritional foods, vegan cuisine, freezer and crock pot meals.  All the food and nutritional recipes will be provided for the class.  Healthy eating is key in the prevention of diabetes.
