Christmas Basket Registration

Registration Deadline:  November 30, 2018
 
How to register:

• All applications must be completed at the Social and Health Services building and you must provide proof of income at the time of application.
• Must be in receipt of Social Assistance (Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program) or be considered low income.

 
Other Details:

• All applicants must reside in the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation Community.
• Recipients must be having dinner at their home.
• One Christmas Basket per eligible household.
