We are happy to update the community that we have received vaccines from the Haldimand Norfolk Health Unit. We will be running a vaccine clinic at the MCFN Community Centre on Saturday March 6 and Sunday March 7, 2021 from 9:00am- close.
The MCFN Community Vaccine Clinic will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine.
We are asking you to please Register in advance. Our registration dates are Thursday March 4 and Friday March 5, 2021 from 9:00am-4:00pm. Please call 905-768-5036 to register your appointment. Please note there will be no voicemail.
*Please bring your valid Health Card and Status Card (expired cards will be accepted), or proof of on-reserve residency for non members (driver’s license, bills.)
The Vaccine Clinic is open to all MCFN Members and those living within the MCFN Community who are 18 years or older and require their first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine.
Our priority list for who receives the vaccine is as follows:
MCFN Members 18 and over, on or off reserve;
Non-members spouses who live in the MCFN community – must accompany MCFN member to clinic or must have proof of residency (Driver’s license, utility bill with their name/spouse’s name and address);
Non-member adults who live in the MCFN community – must accompany MCFN member to clinic or have proof of residency (Driver’s License, utility bill with their name/spouse’s name and address).
We will have nurses and staff from the Haldimand Norfolk Health Unit to help us ensure this clinic runs as smoothly as possible.
The HNHU will also be assisting us with our second doses, and we will communicate with our members when their next appointment will be, following their first dose.
If are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been advised to self-isolate we are asking to you refrain from coming into the vaccine clinic. There will be a screening process prior to entering the clinic.
