Residency By-law
The Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation enacted By-law No 2003-07 on the 16th day of August 2003. Council has since repealed and replaced this By-law with By-law No. 2008-01, which came into force August 23, 2008. This By-law allows the Council to regulate and control the residence within the New Credit Indian Reserve #40A.
